Design-system rollout, citation corrections and full re-verification
JULY 2026
- Every tool page brought into exact alignment with the approved design reference: one consistent header, stepper, card and spacing language across all 41 tools.
- Standards citations verified against the published CIRIA C753 (2015) contents; seven chapter references corrected (incl. filter drains §16, bioretention §18) and the methodology registry made the single source of truth.
- Flood Risk Assessment tool now cites the full FRA framework (NPPF, PPG Flood Risk & Coastal Change, EA standing advice and climate-change allowances) alongside the Defra standards.
- Fixed: postcode lookup in the Project Manager; PDF export across all report tools; a set of layout and spacing inconsistencies.
- Education layer extended to all 41 tools: every tool now carries a "Why this calculation" panel and a fictional-site worked example.
- Manning, the on-site guide, now understands the page you're on and can explain its inputs, method and governing standard. He still never designs. That stays with the engineer.
- Verification: three consecutive clean aesthetic audits, three clean functional audits and two clean end-to-end test drives across the whole suite before release.
Quinnsite rebrand, accounts groundwork and launch assurance
JUNE 2026
- SuDS Vault became Quinnsite: new brand, same calculations, with every page re-verified after the rename.
- Pre-launch assurance pass: every page load, every calculate path and the core engineering formulas verified against independent hand calculations.
- Per-tool numeric verification: the fundamental engines (IH124 greenfield runoff, orifice sizing, rational-method flows, S2 interception) anchored against hand-derived values.
- Consent, disclaimer and audit-trail layer (IO-log) hardened across the suite.
Audit cycles and formula verification
MAY 2026
- Twenty-plus internal audit cycles across rendering, formulas, accessibility and content.
- Two calculation defects found and fixed (a detention-basin crash on non-orifice outlets; a unit error in filter-drain infiltration), then re-verified clean.
- Methodology registry introduced so every tool cites a named, versioned method.
